Abstract

The intersection of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital transformation is reshaping business innovation across both the public and private sectors. AI-driven solutions are accelerating digital transformation by enhancing operational efficiency, automating decision-making, and optimizing resource allocation. This study explores how AI enables organizations to drive innovation, improve service delivery, and adapt to rapidly evolving market demands. It highlights the role of machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), robotic process automation (RPA), and predictive analytics in transforming business models. In the private sector, AI-powered automation streamlines operations, enhances customer experiences, and enables data-driven decision-making.
