Mandatory Disclosure
To maintain transparency and uphold the trust of our readers, full disclosure of any potential conflicts of interest is required at the time of manuscript submission. This disclosure enables the journal editor to make informed editorial decisions. Depending on the nature of the disclosed conflicts, the editor may choose to publish these disclosures to assist readers in evaluating the article. Alternatively, if a significant conflict is identified, the editor may decide against publishing the manuscript.

Types of Personal Conflicts of Interest
Authors must consider and disclose any potential conflicts of interest related to their submitted manuscripts, which may include, but are not limited to:

  2. Employment
  3. Advocacy group affiliations
  4. Grants
  5. Fees and honoraria
  6. Patents
  7. Royalties
  8. Stock or share ownership

Cover Letter and Acknowledgment
It is essential to describe any potential conflicts of interest in the cover letter accompanying your submission. Additionally, authors should fully acknowledge all funding sources that support their research, as this contributes to a comprehensive understanding of the study's context.

Disclosure Statement
Authors are also required to include a relevant disclosure statement within the manuscript text. This statement can be presented alongside acknowledgments and details of funding sources, ensuring complete transparency.

Sample Disclosure Statement
